A good sign is that the Coach & Horses Public House in Carshalton High Street is getting a well deserved “face lift”.

It is of course a major landmark of the village and in the Conservation Area. It recently has had a “difficulty” or two to overcome and we wish the new management every success for the future.

Carshalton Village has of course many pubs and it is amazing how well most of them are doing despite the very long recession.
