Sutton Council’s current allocation of 17 hanging baskets in shopping areas in our Carshalton & Clockhouse local committee area (which is chaired by local Cllr. Hamish Pollock)  is as follows:-

Westmead Road (3),

High Street Carshalton (3),

Banstead Road (4),

Stanley Park Road (3), and

Clockhouse Estate (2).
