Thanks indeed, again, to Richard,  a committee member of the Friends of Carshalton Park for permission to show the two photos that follow of the completed gates in the park.

These gates will enable better access arrangements for the vehicles using the park on the big local occasions that the park is used by thousands of people at a time, such as the Carshalton Carnival in June, the Environmental Fair on August Bank Holiday Monday and the Fireworks in November.
